Remembrance Day

CA$60.00

NEW for 2025!  Each year, since 2002, Moose Meadows Farm has created a wreath to lay at a local Cenotaph.  In 2020, during the covid pandemic, the first Remembrance Day Ceremony was held at the historic Six Mile Corner in Bouchie Lake.  The farm made a wreath for a veteran to lay at the cairn.  In 2024 and 2025, the Friends of Bouchie - Milburn Society (FoBM) championed the completion of the cenotaph at Six Mile Corner by having a plaque installed and raising the cairn onto a platform.

This wreath is composed of subalpine fir (Abies lasiocarpa) and /or Douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) and western red cedar (Thuja plicata).  It is decorated with a purple ribbon bow, red faux poppies and 3 cones.   $25.00 from each wreath sale will go towards supporting the Bouchie Lake Cenotaph Completion Project.

As the wreaths will last well into the New Year (if kept outside), they can be re-decorated for Christmas or with a Winter Theme.
