This, and every, Christmas season, plan to attend a WREATH DECORATING WORKSHOPS at Moose Meadows Farm. Hugely successful, the farm has been offering these workshops since 2004. The workshops are structured so people can attend individually or with a group. All workshops are held in our indoor, heated workshop (in the barn), with seasonal music. All workshops are fun, educational, social, friendly, informal and creative.
We also take bookings for private group workshops. These are great for staff functions and a simple get together for friends.

WORKSHOP SPECIFICS
- Time Frame: 2 hours
- 8 - 10 spaces / workshop; for private group workshops, 6 - 10 participants are required.
- 1 triple layered, mixed wreath (Douglas fir / subalpine fir & western red cedar) is provided / person
- Unlimited Decorations - including small & large cones (hybrid spruce, Norway spruce, Douglas fir, lodgepole pine, western white pine, ponderosa pine, etc.), synthetic holly berries, cranberries & crabaplles, ribbon, bows, miniatures (snowshoes, birds, etc.), wooden decorations, etc.
- Necessary directions and demonstrations shall be provided;
- All tools (wire, scissors, wire cutters) are provided;
- A sampling of homemade snacks - Our Signature Biscotti (cranberry, orange & almond), shortbread, molasses sugar cookies / gingersnaps, old fashion date squares, etc.
- Tea, Coffee, cocoa, mulled apple juice with all the necessary fixings
- Seasonal music and a warm glow of a fire

WORKSHOP POLICIES
- Full payment is required to reserve workshop space. Workshops fill up on a first come, first serve basis.
- Payment in the form cheque, VISA, Mastercard or cash are all acceptable.
- Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel, there will no refund within 2 days of the workshop time unless we have a waiting list and are able to fill your space. There will be no refund for those persons not showing up for the workshop.
- Due to space limitations and respect for other workshop participants, only one person / wreath. Prior to being accompanied by children, please contact us to discuss.
- The option exists to decorate more than 1 wreath. Please discuss this with us.

NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR GROUP WORKSHOPS OUTSIDE OF THE ABOVE DATES!!!!
These workshops are designed for the person(s) who wish to attend a Workshop with a group. These Workshops are offered at Moose Meadows Farm. We typically need a minimum of 6 people in order to offer a workshop and can accommodate individuals or groups of up to 12 people. The option for persons to make more than one (1) wreath may exist but we must be notified of this wish at least five (5) days in advance of the Workshop. At this Workshop you will have the opportunity to use our workshop space and have at your fingertips most of the tricks to the trade (decorations, tea, coffee, snacks, seasonal background music).

This will be my 5th workshop at MMF. It is the official start to my christmas and i would not miss it for the world.
The beautiful barn surrounded by horses,dogs,chickens,goats,cows,llamas.........!!!
Inside,the cosy atmosphere of the roaring stove,christmas music,coffee and home made cookies.
Then the smell of your fresh evergreen wreath ... and the childish excitement of choosing what to decorate it with from the vast array provided.
That done,you can do some christmas shopping in the Antler Shed Gift Shop. I cannot think of a more pleasurable way to spend a winter afternoon.
If you want to get that 'Christmassy feeling' this is the place to be !!!

I have made wreaths twice at Moose Meadows Farm and have loved the experience!! Ted and Heloise are fabulous hosts with so much warmth, experience and creativity, one can't help but have a great time! The farm is wonderful too and the wreaths are beautiful and fresh! I am really looking forward to this year!!
