HOW LONG WILL MY EVERGREEN WREATH, DOOR ARCH, GARLAND AND/OR DOOR SWAG LAST?

Hung outdoors (traditionally on your front door to greet holiday visitors) your wreath should last throughout the holiday season and well into the New Year. What may affect the life of the natural greenery is if your door faces south with long periods of direct sunlight, hanging a wreath between a door and storm door creating a greenhouse effect or if the outdoor temperature fluctuates and/or it is windy creating a drying effect. Some people like to hang our product indoors for part of the season to enjoy the fresh fragrance, then hang outdoors for longer enjoyment. When using indoors or in dry environments, misting with water may prolong the freshness. When the greens begin to look tired, mist and return to the outdoors. In cool moist climates, the product may reclaim some of its' freshness. As with any natural evergreen product, some needle drop is normal.

If you do not plan to hang your wreath right away, leave it packaged as you received it and place in a cool, dark location such as a garage. Condensation will form on the inside of the bag. In warmer climates, the refrigerator works well.

HOW LONG WILL MY ADVENT WREATH AND/OR CENTREPIECE LAST?

Indoors, your advent wreath and/or centrepiece should last throughout the month of December and possibly into the New Year. In a dry air environment, misting greens with water will prolong freshness. If you are going away for a few days, the candles may be removed and the base placed in the refrigerator in a plastic bag to extend the life of the greenery.

If you do not plan on using your advent wreath right away, leave it packaged as you received it, place in a cold, dark spot such as a garage. For warmer climates, the refrigerator or freezer works best. If you store it in your deep freeze or outside where temperatures are very cold allow it to defrost before using.

ARE YOU ABLE TO SHIP ALL OF YOUR EVERGREEN PRODUCTS?

At present, we are only able to ship our Advent Wreaths (with candles) and our 20" Wreaths as our speciality boxes are designed for these sizes. If you wish our other Evergreen Products, we will make every effort to find appropriate boxes to accommodate these items. Please contact directly to discuss the options available.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING? HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Shipping rates at Moose Meadows Farm are based upon regional prices and include a speciality wreath box, a hand stamped, hand written gift card and handling. WE DO IT ALL FOR YOU... WE WRAP IT, PACK IT AND SHIP IT... so it is hassle free for you. All products are shipped via Canada Post's Expedited Mail and are traceable using Canada Post's website. We track every item until it is delivered. The items are delivered to the recipient's door, where possible and if someone is home, or if not possible, a card is left for the recipient informing them that an item is available for pick up.

Our shipping rates apply to each individual item shipped NOT address. If more than one wreath is shipped individually to a single address, each item is dealt with separately.

We do offer group (bulk) shipping rates in that shipping is reduced per wreath if 2 to 4 wreaths are shipped together. For this, a speciality box if NOT included. We are able to ship no more than 4 wreaths together in one box. Please contact us for our bulk shipping rates.

Although shipping time varies with region, please allow up to 10 days for an item to travel from Moose Meadows Farm to its destination. Shipping to larger centres takes less time. Please note that our shipping prices DO include applicable taxes and fuel surcharges.

ARE YOU ABLE TO SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?

Yes, we are able to ship to the USA. Due to huge variability in postage charges depending upon the location an item is travelling to in the USA, we are currently unable to provide regional shipping rates as we do for Canada. As such, should you wish an item shipped to the USA, please contact us with the recipient address and we shall quote you a price. Unfortunately due to regulations governing foods entering the USA, we are unable to ship any of our food products (i.e. honey, syrup, jellies, etc.).

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT TO DOES MOOSE MEADOWS FARM ACCEPT?

We accept personal cheque, money order, VISA and MASTERCARD, and of course, cash. Please note no products shall be shipped until such time payment has been authorised and/or received and processed. To date, we have never had any problems with any payments... and we wish to keep it this way!

DOES MOOSE MEADOWS FARM GUARANTEE DELIVERY?

In order to guarantee delivery, it is recommended that you order your Evergreen Product early in the season. We guarantee delivery of an item for the 1st week of December if the item is ordered and paid for by October 31st of that year. Otherwise, wreaths are made and shipped on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. It is generally safe to say that wreaths are usually shipped within 1 week of them being ordered and payment received.
